Glammedpretty will gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns.

All returns/exchanges must meet the following criteria:

• You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

• Item must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• No Returns on Sale Items.

• All Accessories, Lingerie, and Swimwear are Final.

Customers are responsible for all shipping cost.

If the criteria aren’t met or the item is damaged, you will be ineligible for an exchange, and your item will be returned back to you.

A store credit will be issued if all criteria are met within 5-7 business days.
